This circa 1930's Italian villa formal entrance is is composed of an abundance Indiana buff limestone- the columns, balcony base, step treads/ risers, landings, formal staircase and facade, in addition to a custom- blended stucco for this exquisite renovation...

Zooming in, we see the formal stairs leading up to the motor court- Blue stone treads, Fieldstone cheek walls and cap.   Off to the left side, but not pictured, is an amazing natural forest with old growth hardwoods- detailed in several other pics.  In spring, it's as striking as any outdoor botanical garden!

Shown are Iron arches with climbing wisteria and stepping stones in an area a wooded area. Along the walkway there are various granite benches, blue stone stepping stones & pea gravel sections, sourced natural boulders, a plethora of 'specimen viburnums and maples', pink, blue and white hydrangea and a multitude of small plants in raised beds, all on the periphery of the walkway... breathtaking!

This simple irregular blue stone path leads down to the lower fireplace and terrace.  Pictured, are shrubs, a birdbath, planting beds and a small section of the 10' stacked stone retaining wall along the path (foreground) leading to another garden area not shown.  Other areas along the recessed pea gravel pathways are numerous 100-150- yr old primary growth hardwoods, specimen Crape Myrtles, Magnolias, Chinese & Blood-red maples, as well as, thousands of flowering plants!
