A gift from Elizabeth I to Queen Katharine Parr, Henry VIII's last wife. Elizabeth's embroidery of her translation of the French poem The Mirror of the Sinful Soul, 1544 It is bound in blue cloth and embroidered with silver thread. Katharine Parr's initials appear in the center of the cover.
