Corn and Crab Bisque
Corn & Crab Bisque 1 stick of butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 qt half-n-half 1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup 1/2 tsp Worcestershire 2 Tbs flour 1 lb crab meat or 2 cans 3 cans cream of corn Tabasco to taste 1 tsp Beazell's Cajun Seasoning Sub 1 lb of shrimp or crawfish instead of crab. Melt butter, add flour & blend. Add onions and cook slowly on low for 10 min. Add crab meat, half and half, cream of celery soup, Worcestershire, corn Tabasco & Beazell's . Cook slowly for 20 min.

From Md. I've had my share of Cream of Crab soup. This was fabulous I made it with the leftovers from a crab feast. If buying crab I suggest a local seafood market for fresh crab meat. Season the soup with Old Bay according to taste as some find 3 Tbs is a lot. It is rich, creamy and delicious.
