The Nathanael Greene Homestead in Coventry, RI. Originally known as Spell Hall, it was the home of Revolutionary War general Nathanael Greene from 1770 to 1776, and was owned afterwards by his brother Jacob Greene and his wife. The home was purchased in 1919 by the Nathanael Greene Homestead Association and restored to serve as a house museum. The interior has been restored to what it may have looked like in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Discover more history @ www.thehistorygirl.com
