How to dry brush your face
Always have completely clean and dry skin and use a very soft bristle face brush (I got this a few years ago on Amazon) I start and finish with Lymphatic drainage and also do it half way through as well (they are the downwards strokes on the neck and the circular action on the lymph nodes) The upwards strokes are for lifting but you want to be VERY gentle and not use on wounded, broken or inflamed skin • shop my products here: faceyogaexpert.com/shop
