Calming Strategies
Everyone's brain needs a break now and then, so let's get out of our head and more into our body. There are strategies we can use to do this by using our senses, meditating, breathing, using smell, and not letting ourselves get sucked into the 'social media hole'. Limit distractions and let's take control of our well-being, rather than letting technology or social media, dictate what we do. It's better for our immune system too! It's time for a digital detox, and a calmer mind for it :-)
