The Magic Circle is soooo good at proximal connections - getting our extremities connected to our center to help us build strength. Once we target these small stabilizing muscles, then we can strengthen them, and improve our alignment without the Magic Circle. Over time, this will improve our body’s ability to maintain a position for a period of time. Think of your tall back in those planks! Think of those curl ups!
