60 calorie creamy chocolate fudgsicles - gotta try this! * 2 T cocoa powder * 1/2 cup canned coconut milk * 2 small, very-ripe bananas (200g) * scant 1/16 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract * optional: feel free to add peanut butter! Combine all items in a blender (I used a Magic Bullet). Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Easy, right?
Cheesy Cauliflower Tater Tots (Low Carb & Gluten Free)
Cheesy Cauliflower Tater Tots 1 medium head of cauliflower 2 Tbl heavy cream 2 Tbl butter 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar 4 egg whites salt & pepper to taste oil for frying Add the cream and butter to the bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower and cheese to a magic bullet or food processor and blend until still chunky
Pasta Fagioli Soup (Pasta and Beans) - Skinnytaste
Pasta Fagioli lightened up - Jen's Take: Vegetarian, no meat. Could probably add some ground beef, ground turkey, or turkey kielbasa to make it a bit heartier. I also added 2 cans of white beans (one I blended in the Magic Bullet, the other I left whole). It was definitely flavorful. I also added red pepper flakes.
How to Make Brown Sugar
Brown Sugar recipe. 1 Cup White granulated sugar, 3 Tablespoons Molasses (use 1 1/2 tablespoons for light brown sugar). Blogger used a magic bullet, but I'm sure a food processor is fine. Pour in 1/2 cup sugar, added the molasses, then pour in remaining sugar. Mix for about 30 seconds.
