Coffee connoisseurs should start the day at Heart, the passion project from local couple Rebekah and Wille Yli-Luoma. The duo roasts beans lightly to preserve their acidity and subtler flavors, creating uncommonly clean and complex drinks. Chemex- and Aeropress-brewed “pour-over” coffees are perhaps the best way to sample the results, though espresso drinks are excellent here, too.
