Drunken Cranberry Orange Compound Butter - The Hungry Mouse
If you've never made it, compound butter is a great way to add a lot of flavor to a dish with very little effort. It's generally used as a finishing ingredient or a garnish. This butter is perfumed with orange and cranberry. It's one of my favs.

• 1 tbsp Zest, orange

• 2 tbsp Cognac
