Tips for a good Wing Chun stance (used for conditioning not fighting): Knees bent pointing to the centerline of your opponent tuck the tailbone under to form a straight lower back. Keep the weight solidly in the feet and the heels down. Head pulled up as if being pulled by a string. As the old masters say Siu Nim Tao is the answer.
