When you order your fabulous leaves, we pick, clean, dry, grind, package and ship them. They are packaged in food-grade vacuum-sealed bags for optimal freshness and shelf-life. Your leaves arrive as fresh as the moment they were dried and packaged. Orders usually ship out the next day, but orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday (excluding postal holidays). We make every effort to get orders out the door as quickly as possible, so if you have a special request, please message us prior to purchase and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you. We do answer messages quickly, so contact us right away with any questions. The included "free shipping" is First Class Letter/Flat Shipping, which comes with extremely limited tracking. It is common for shipped packages to show as "pre-transit" even though they are traveling to you. This is a glitch with USPS and your order is on its way.
