    • How I break up my workouts (most of the time):
    • Back & triceps + abs (some days) + some hamstring work
    • Quads & glutes
    • Arms: biceps & shoulders + some light leg work
    • Back & triceps: resistance bands + dbs
    • Legs: inner thighs & glutes & hamstrings
    • Arms: chest + touch of biceps, shoulders, legs
    • .
    • Some weeks I throw in a full body workout and/or bodyweight workout, and I usually work out every day. There are numerous ways to do it, and I’ve been breaking mine this way for a loooong time and that’s what’s worked well for me. But, something different for everyone - there’s no one “correct” way!
