Are Grosbeak agressive?

Though grosbeak are not the biggest birds around, they have absolutely no qualms about being aggressive. These birds are highly territorial and have been known to attack people, animals, and another grosbeak. In fact, it is fairly common for male grosbeak to attack female grosbeak from time to time. However, both genders of grosbeak are known for being exceptionally territorial when it comes to breeding season.
