Contemporary Architecture

This house, on the island of Mindoro (The Philippines), was designed by Noel Saratan. Stones have been used to pave this spectacular staircase, which was probably inspired by the architecture of old Spanish citadels, and which encloses a sand spiral of Zen inspiration.
