Light 'em up - random act of kindness for the day. When a child is unfriendly in class, they have to pick a random act of kindness. This is a great tool for redirection than disciplining and compliments the kindness tree.

such a rarity, But so encouraging when we do see it! I do think this happens more in the South but it's not necessarily a southern thing. Good manners are just nice for anyone to observe.

Use Your Words Wisely

This is a great idea for encouraging social interaction while using wise words. A therapist could cut out construction paper flower petals or leaves and have participants write wise words on them to make a flower or tree.
