Ratatouille Recipe Like Remy Made for Ego in Ratatouille movie....This was really good but it needed an extra bell pepper. My husband suggested cutting some of the veggies in half after slicing thinly (e.g., potatoes, egg plant) in order to cook thoroughly. Also, I don't really think the belchamel added much. We added grated parm on top. It was a nice flavor. Also, substitute chili powder for chili flakes. Will make this again. What a beautiful dish!
