Canned Goods
• 1 Can Also use my low-fodmap happy soup
• 12 oz Coconut milk, full fat
• 3 cups Low-fodmap chicken broth
Baking & Spices
• 3 tbsp Bacon grease - see recipe note
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly-cracked
• 2 tsp Kosher salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Onion or garlic infused olive-oil
Dairy
• 1 cup Cheddar cheese, sharp
• 1/2 cup Sour cream or lactose-free yogurt, lactose-free full fat

• 1/3 cup All-purpose low-fodmap, gluten-free flour (with or without xanthan gum)
