• 3 Chicken breast, skinless boneless

• 1 tbsp Oregano
• 2 cups Spinach, fresh leaves
• 1 Top with chopped parsley and basil
Canned Goods
• 3/4 cup Low fodmap chicken broth
• 1/4 cup Tomato paste
Pasta & Grains
• 1 cup Brown rice, long grain
Baking & Spices
• 2 tsp Chili powder
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Sugar
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin
Dairy
• 1/2 cup Parmesan or cheddar cheese, grated
Other
• 1 Can, 28 fl oz of diced tomatoes (i like to use fire-roasted tomatoes for more flavour!)
