4 ripe bananas cup no sugar added applesauce 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted) 3 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking soda cups whole wheat flour cup coconut flour teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup filtered water (you may not need all of it)
Healthy first birthday cake. Definitely a do again. Great recipe if you need to use over ripened bananas. Will try honey and whipped cream cheese for birthday cake. Ate warm out of the oven with honey drizzled on top. It was awesome!
