3 days down! Here's my meal plan for the first three days. I am making a few personal adjustments to the #21DayFix this time. I added a blue. ❤️ I count beans as a red (protein). I use 4oz unsweetened almond milk every single day. How is your week going so far? We're over halfway to the weekend!
