A sweet snack for your Holi brunch at home.
    INGREDIENTS
      1 cup All Purpose Flour
        1 tsp Semolina
          ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
            ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
              Clarified Butter (Ghee)
                ½ tsp Salt
                  ¼ cup Water
                    Oil for deep frying
                      INSTRUCTIONS
                        Firstly, in a large mixing bowl add all-purpose flour, semolina, cardamom powder, salt, powdered sugar, clarified butter
                          Add water to the dry mixture, combine well and knead to a soft and smooth dough
                            Further, roll it thin in a circular shape and cut diamond shape in a size of your choice
                              Deep fry in hot oil for 5-7 minutes
                                Still occasionally keeping the flame on medium and fry till it puffs up
                                  Finally, drain over the kitchen towel and once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top
