1 1/2 cup walnuts
2 tablespoons of collagen (i used @yoursuperfoods)
1 bar of chocolate (I used @hukitchen )
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1. In a food processor or blender, pulse your walnuts for a couple of seconds. Then add the rest of your ingredients- make sure you take the pits out of your dates before* Pulse everything together until you get a smooth consistency.
2. With your hands, roll them into bite size balls.
3 Melt your chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds and stirring- repeating until melted.
4. Dip your balls in the chocolate and completely cover them in chocolate.
5. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes & enjoy! Keep in the fridge for a perfect quick grab. Tag me if you make this!
