This is a pizza I've been making for years. It combines the delicious elements of a lasagna into a nonna style pizza.

• 1 lb 85% ground beef
Produce
• 1 Handful Basil, fresh
• 4 Basil, Fresh Leaves
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1/2 Onion
• 1 28 oz can San marzano tomatoes
Canned Goods
• 2 tbsp Tomato paste
• 13 oz Tomato puree
Baking & Spices
• 1 Nonna style pizza dough
• 1/4 cup Parmigiano/pecorino mix
• 3 Salt & pepper
Oils & Vinegars
• 3 tbsp Olive oil, Extra Virgin
Dairy
• 16 oz Mozzarella
• 1 1/2 cups Whole milk ricotta
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 1/2 cup Red wine
Liquids
• 1/4 cup Water
