This is a journal entry for my February fitness goals in 2022. It starts off with the words “February workout” followed by the dates of the month. Each date is either blocked off or colored. Each color stands for a different exercise. Violet for 20 minutes of outside time, pink for 30 minutes of weight training, teal for 20 minutes of cardio, orange yellow is 15 minutes of meditation, and green is for 20 minutes of any other exercise.
