• 13 1/4 1 lb lean ground turkey - i used, lean
Produce
• 1 Avocado
• 4 Bell peppers, large
• 1 cup Black beans - that have been, canned
• 2 tbsp Cilantro
• 1 cup Corn - mexicorn or roasted corn are both great
• 1/2 tbsp Garlic
• 1 Limes
• 1 Onion, chopped - about 1 cup, medium
Condiments
• 1 Salsa
• 2 cups Tomato salsa - use, homemade or store-bought
Pasta & Grains
• 1 cup Brown rice - you could also use quinoa or white rice, cooked
Baking & Spices
• 1 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
• 1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 Olive oil spray or 2 teaspoons olive oil
Dairy
• 1 cup Cheese - mexican blend
• 1 Sour cream or plain greek yogurt
