Ugh really struggled to get ready tonight. My new eye wrinkles are stressing me out and my hair colour was stressing me out. Felt horrible. But forced myself to find a way to feel better. Put a bandana on which always makes me feel good and added the shirt to add colour to my face. Starting to feel better now. Feeling crap is all about our headspace we generally look the same to everyone else so I'm strict with myself and won't indulge the thoughts too much. by rockalily
