• 12 oz Japanese or chinese eggplants
• 12 oz Long beans
• 1 White or yellow onion, medium

• 2 (32-ounce) cartons Beef broth, low-sodium
• 1 Beef stock
Condiments
• 2 cups Peanut butter, creamy
Pasta & Grains
• 1 Rice
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
• 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
• 1/2 cup Mochiko sweet rice flour
• 1 tsp Peppercorns, black
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

• 1 1/2 tablespoons ground annatto or annatto (achuete) powder
