Growing up, I’d watch my mom add salted eggs to Century Egg Porridge. Sometimes she would add them to steamed egg custard. Other times, we would eat the salted egg with plain white porridge.

RESEPI SAMBAL TOKTOK  . Bahan-bahan : 20 gm ikan bilis - digoreng garing 1 biji bawang besar - dimayang kasar* 10 - 15 biji cili api hijau*( kalau nak pedas boleh tambah) 1 in belacan* - digoreng 2 biji limau kasturi - ambil jus Garam dan gula secukupnya  Minyak untuk mengoreng . Cara-cara : 1. Ikan bilis yang telah digoreng di ketepikan 2. Goreng sekali arung bahan yg bertanda (*) pula sehingga layu. 3.  Kemudian ikan teri, bawang.Merah,cabai & terasi aduk rata.
