Traditional Food from Borneo. Risolles, Bee Hive and Ipau Basumap. "Ipau" is crepes + mixed meat, potatoes, carrot, seasoning, + coconut milk and "Basumap" = Steaming.  Bad plating, right ? It isn't my plating, i'm just cooking.
