I'm not Muslim, so I don't pray Fajr, but I do want to train myself to get up for morning prayers. Apart from anything, you get to see sunrise...HOW AWESOME!! And the authors are right, even though I'm naturally a night owl, I am actually most productive around 6am. Funny stuff, but it's true!
