With the ball in your outside hand relative to the triangle, attack the first cone & stop with a punch dribble. A punch dribble has you stepping forward with your outside foot such that the ball & your foot hit the playing surface at the same time.  Then, use a foot switch to open up your stance for a protective BTL (Between The Legs) dribble that has you staying low with shoulders aimed at the next cone.  Proceed to the 2nd cone with your opposite hand, then plant the other foot this time as you execute a BTB (Behind The Back) dribble, putting the ball back in your inside hand.  Turn your body to face the inside of the triangle after the BTB dribble to move
