Cabbage Soup

Chop Cabbage, celery, carrots and one onion. Sautee until soft and throw cabbage on top until soft. Add oregano, chopped parsley and salt. Pour in vegetable broth and 1 can of diced tomatoes. Squeeze lemon for flavor.
