I am loving this Weight Watchers biscuit recipe! Per biscuit, you mix 3 tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp oil, a pinch of salt, and 2 tbsp skim milk. Form into drop biscuits and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. They are just 2-points each and super convenient to just throw together. They even come out great in the toaster oven. Quick, tasty, and you can make as few or as many as you need.
