Use RICE! Boil 2-3 Tbsps rice until soft. Pour off the cooking water into a clean jar. Rinse rice with water. Mix in 1 Tbsp warm milk. Add 1 Tbsp honey; mix again. Apply mask to face & neck; leave on 30 mins. Rinse face with reserved rice water. Repeat procedure weekly. You'll watch your skin become impeccable! Rice Water Tips: 1. Use as a toner. Keeps well in fridge for 4 days. 2. Make ice cubes & massage face with it. GREAT FACE MASK: Mix rice flour with milk & almond oil.
