Cookie icing tips • microwave your reds & blacks for a quick ten seconds to help them develop faster and avoid over saturation! • add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cream of tartar for every 2 pounds of powdered sugar to help with color bleed • TONE YOUR WHITE using a tiny bit of either purple or blue (i know some use white dye but i have yet to find it) • a projector is your best friend
