Use class containers so you can cook it in the container. *i used 28 oz glass containers that are linked in my bio* For four breakfasts: -10 eggs (you can add more if you’d like) -4 cups frozen shredded hash browns -1/2 cup cheese or choice -8 mini precooked chicken breakfast sausages -salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes -fresh chives -optional: add a diced red pepper or a veggie of choice 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Whisk together eggs with seasoning until well combined 3. Spray each individual glass container with avocado oil spray 4. Add 1 cup Hashbrowns to the bottom of each glass 5.
