Jo’s sessions are exponentially more exotic than your average fitness program. Rice sacks and coconuts are our weights; rice paddies replace the treadmills. Get to know your core with some “Coconutates” and what better way to get into alignment than with a session of “Poleates” using jungle bamboo. A fusion of yoga and Pilates will stretch and strengthen. Suspension Pilates will see you swinging through the coconut trees. A little taste of “Bali Barre” will have you thinking about your posture.
