Cassie Yeung on Instagram: "okay I love potatoes in all forms but there’s something special about a hasselback potato 🥔 Recipe ⬇️ Gold potatoes, scrubbed clean 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened 1 Tbsp minced garlic Herbs of choice, I used chives and parsley Salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix softened butter with garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Roll into a log in Saran Wrap and set it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Place a potato in between two chopsticks or skewers and make thin slices (the chopsticks will prevent you from cutting all the way through). This will take you no time at all and you can use whatever you have in the fridge in terms of veg and protein! 

1 tbsp gochujang 
1 tbsp tahini 
2 tbsp soya sauce 
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 
1 tsp honey 
1 garlic clove 
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 
300ml veggie stock 
3 noodle nests 
1 yellow pepper 
1/2 a white onion 
A handful of broccoli

Boil and blanch green beans (8ish mins in salted water boiling and 1 minute in a ice bath)
Drain them but don’t dry them 
Put them in a big bowl and toss with olive oil immediately and then add half the grated skin of a lemon, a 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, a clove of garlic, and generously salt them.
