Salted Caramel Cashew Bark - Perfect blend of sweet and salty. I followed the recipie but I also added a handful of chopped pretzels for added saltiness. It states to use a double boiler, of which I do not have, so I used a glass mixing bowl (al la Pamper Chef, love their stuff!) I think I ate the whole pan by myself, which is why I have not made it again. lol. It was soooo good!
