Instant Pot 15 min Orange Chicken. Made with 1 chicken breast (~ 1 lb), used 1/2 cup bbq sauce and orange marmalade (each), 1 TBS soy sauce and 2 tsp corn starch. Place cut chicken, bbq, soy sauce and orange marmalade to instant pot and mix to combine. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, quick release steam. Combine the corn starch with some of the sauce from the instant pot (so that it doesn't get clumpy), then mix the corn starch/sauce slurry into the instant pot and sauté until thickened.
