Kue Mangkuk Ubi Ungu (purple sweet potato bowl cake) Mix 1/2C high protein flour, 3/4C water, and 24g leaven instant noodles and let sit for 30 minutes. Mix 3 1/4C purple cassava (purple sweet potato), 2C sugar, 6 eggs, and 1t salt. Mix 3 1/4C protein wheat flour and 2 1/2C warm coconut milk separately. Mix all ingredients little by little and let sit for 45 minutes. Transfer dough to cupcake tins and steam for 20 minutes.
