Textile Room is a collaboration between Casey Reas, architecture studio P-A-T-T-E-R-N-S, North Sails' Flexible Composites division. a crystal-shaped, quasi-rigid object that physically and experientially blurs the threshold between hard and soft, textile and tectonic, intimate and public. An expressive surface with video by Reas - a continuous, generative video collage of the city assembled from clips of movies set in Los Angeles.
