Between the Legs Dribble from the Ground Up Beginner Guide **Step 1:** Sit on the floor. Dribble the ball low on your right, middle, and left sides. Once you’re comfortable, dribble a little higher, still sitting. **Step 2:** Grab a chair. Sit at the edge and start dribbling between your legs. Keep your head up, dribble at knee level, and protect the ball with your other arm. **Step 3:** Now, walk and dribble, then run.
