Dirt Cup 1 pkg. sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix 1 scoop Chocolate Brownie IdealLean Protein 1 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk 3 reduced-fat oreo cookies, crushed 1 c sugar-free Cool Whip® Directions 1. Whisk or blend together the pudding, protein, and almond milk until smooth and combined. 2. Cover and refridgerate for about an hour until pudding firms up. 3. Layer in a small glass the pudding. Alternate a couple of time.
