Urban Concepts were contracted by J B Riney & Co Ltd, to work on Braham Street. This is an area that runs adjacent to One Braham, formerly known as Maersk House/Beagle House which is a £350m, 18 storey, 320,000sq ft redevelopment of this office completed by Aldgate Developments. Described as a “striking open-air urban space,” the area is at the heart of Coventry University’s campus and it is hoped that it will become a venue for cultural events all year round.
