Homemade whoopie pies are one of my favorite things to make with cake mixes. These chocolate whoopie pies are so yummy. They couldn't be easier to make either. Just use a cake mix, eggs, oil, butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. The perfect sandwich cookie! If I can do it, you can do it. Let's get baking!
